STÄSH Grinder Promotion Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF MISSOURI, 21 AND OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The STÄSH Grinder Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by BeLeaf Medical LLC, 1551 Wall St, Suite 280, Saint Charles, MO 63303 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Missouri who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries; retail locations selling the Promotional Product and their staff; advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on September 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2026, or when all Prizes have been awarded, whichever comes first (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to participate. Each method carries equal odds of winning.

A. Purchase Method. Purchase one (1) Premium STÄSH Smell-Proof Case (the "Promotional Product") at a participating retail location in Missouri during the Promotion Period. A limited number of Promotional Products contain one (1) STÄSH grinder. Each Promotional Product purchased is one play. If your Promotional Product contains a grinder, you have won a Grinder Prize and no further action is required. Promotional Products opened, altered, or tampered with before purchase are void, and any grinder removed from unsold packaging will not be awarded.

B. Free Method of Entry (Mail-in). Hand-print your full name, street address, city, ZIP code, date of birth, phone number, and email address, along with the words "STÄSH Grinder Promotion," on a 3" x 5" postcard. Mail it to: STÄSH Grinder Promotion, c/o STÄSH HQ, 116 W 3rd St, Suite 102, Kansas City, MO 64105. Postcards must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027. Limit one (1) postcard per person for the entire Promotion Period. Postcards beyond that limit, and mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected postcards, are void. For each eligible postcard received, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing with odds of winning equal to a single Promotional Product purchase, as stated in Section 5. Sponsor will notify Free Method winners by email within fourteen (14) days of receiving their postcard.

5. Prizes and Odds

Grinder Prize (Purchase Method): One (1) STÄSH branded grinder from the first production run. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $24.99. Total Grinder Prizes available: one hundred (100).

Store Credit Prize (Free Method): One (1) $20 STÄSH store credit. ARV: $20. Issued as a single-use code redeemable only for STÄSH merchandise at stashsmokewear.com. Expires ninety (90) days after issuance. Not redeemable for cash or for cannabis products. Unused balance is forfeited at expiration.

Odds: One hundred (100) Grinder Prizes are distributed among three hundred (300) Promotional Products. Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 3 per play. Free Method drawings are conducted at the same odds. Grinder Prizes are not evenly distributed across retail locations, so odds at any individual location may vary.

Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Limit one Prize per Promotional Product or eligible postcard. Sponsor is not obligated to award more Prizes than stated in these Official Rules.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, Promotional Product packaging, or operation of the Promotion, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failure, tampering, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control compromises the administration, security, or fairness of the Promotion, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion and award Prizes from eligible plays received up to that point. Where legally permitted, acceptance of a Prize grants Sponsor the right to use the winner's first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor may require winners to verify age and eligibility before a Prize is delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating retailers, and agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties"), from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; printing, packaging, or distribution errors; technical malfunctions; or any error in the administration of the Promotion. Prizes are provided "as is," without warranty beyond any manufacturer warranty.

8. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Entrants agree to resolve any dispute individually, without class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, excluding attorneys' fees.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used only to administer this Promotion, consistent with the STÄSH Privacy Policy.

10. Winners List

Grinder Prizes are packed inside Promotional Products and claimed at the point of purchase, so Sponsor does not collect the names of Purchase Method winners. After the Promotion ends, you may request a list of Free Method winners and the total number of Grinder Prizes distributed by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to STÄSH Grinder Promotion Winners, c/o STÄSH HQ, 116 W 3rd St, Suite 102, Kansas City, MO 64105. Requests must be received by January 31, 2027.
