At Stäsh by Swade, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@stashsmokewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Free Returns
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping costs are refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
